Great, healthy snack the kiddos even love.
I pop mine in the freezer and pull one or two out whenever I want something a little sweet.
-1 cup of chocolate protein (I use chocolate Shakeology)
-1 cup of natural peanut Butter
-1 cup of quick cook oats
-1/2 cup of honey
Mix all ingredients in a bowl with your hands (wearing gloves makes the process a lot easier!). Roll into balls. Keeping them in a baggie in the freezer also keeps you from eating the whole batch at once. 🙂
